Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz will become the new number one in the world, after winning his first Grand Slam title at the US Open.
Alcaraz entered the history of the “white sport” because he is the youngest tennis player to become number 1 in the world. Alcaraz earned 1640 points at the tournament and thus reached the figure of 6740, which put him where he is now.
Casper Ruud is now second in the world and has 5850 points.
Rafael Nadal has 5,810 points and won 180 at the US Open, so he is now third on the ATP list, while last year’s champion Daniil Medvedev, who is now the fourth tennis player on the planet, lost 1,820 points.
Aleksander Zverev is fifth (5040), Stefanos Tsitsipas sixth (4810), while Novak Djokovic is in seventh position with 3570 points. He fell by one due to a loss of 1,200 points because he did not play in the US Open.
Cameron Norrie (3550), Andrei Rublev (3390) and Hubert Hurkacz (3335) are also in the TOP 10.
As for the other domestic tennis players in the TOP 100, Miomir Kecmanovic is the 33rd tennis player on the list, Filip Krajinovic is the 41st in the world, Laslo Djere is in the 66th place, while Dusan Lajovic is only the 92nd tennis player on the planet.
