Tite: We have a beautiful history, we will not stop dreaming

The head coach of the Brazilian football team, Tite, spoke before the match with Croatia in the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar.

Brazil won the last World Cup title in 2002, while this year Selesao is among the main favorites for the trophy.

“I cannot take responsibility for 20 years. I have been a selector for the last four years. We have a good history and that puts a lot of pressure on us. We are a country that loves football”, said Tite at the press conference.

In Group G, Brazil defeated Serbia (2:0) and Switzerland (1:0), and then was defeated by Cameroon (0:1). They beat South Korea 4:1 in the round of 16.

“Yes, there is pressure, but dreaming is part of everyone’s life. Even if we don’t win the title at the World Cup, because there is only one winner, we will not stop dreaming”, added the Brazil coach.

The match between Croatia and Brazil is scheduled for Friday at 4 p.m.
