Veuve Cliquot won the Du Cane Cup 2024 organized by the Malta Polo Club as they saw off Gauchos Finestral eight and a half points to two.
It was a historic final between two all-female team, the first one in this sport.
Veuve Cliquot had Sarah Manduca in fine form as he scored six goals with Nikki Fenech Conti hitting a brace.
Nicole Fenech Adami scored two goals for Gauchos Finestral.
At the end of the contest, Dr Lydia Abela presented the Du Cane Cup to Veuve Cliquot captain Sarah Manduca.
