UAE to host Games of the Future in 2025

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) was chosen as the official host and destination of the Games of the Future 2025, Phygital International announced in a press release Monday. The UAE beat nine other prospective bidders with its first-rate infrastructure and extensive experience in organising and delivering world-leading international events

The global hub showed a strong commitment throughout all stages of the bidding process from the highest levels of the nation’s leadership which led to a unanimous decision by Phygital International’s expert bidding coordinators to award the honour of hosting the Games of the Future 2025 to the UAE.

The second edition of the Games of the Future 2025 will bring together thousands of well-balanced athletes who demonstrate superior skills across both physical and digital competitions. Over 300 international teams are expected to participate in the multi-sport event which will feature a number of challenges over a wide range of disciplines including phygital football, phygital hockey, phygital skateboarding, phygital MMA and many more.

The UAE’s General Authority of Sport says they are proud to host an event at the cusp of e-sport and traditional sport
