The Malta Handball Association has opened an Expression of Interest for coaches who wish to take part in a Level 2 Coaching Course, which will begin in January 2026.
This detailed course will feature sessions led by experts from the European Handball Federation, the Association’s Technical Director, and experienced local coaches. As part of the Association’s work within the EHF Masterplan, the course aims to help coaches strengthen their technical, tactical, and management skills needed for higher-level coaching.
Speaking about the initiative, Malta Handball Association President Daniel Tabone said: “We continue to work hard to develop more qualified coaches, as this is key to improving handball in Malta. By investing in coaching education, we are building a stronger base for the sport and supporting its long-term growth.”
Those interested can register by visiting the Association’s website at maltahandball.com/category/news or by filling in the form here: https://forms.gle/iyJw7U2TjSWnKSrU9.
The deadline to submit an application is 14 November 2025.
The Malta Handball Association invites all eligible and aspiring coaches to take this chance to further their professional development and help the sport continue to grow in Malta.
