Denis Tot, a Croatian handball player, after being brutally beaten, suffered injuries, as a result of which he died in Northern Macedonia.
He was in a coma, unfortunately, the doctors did not manage to fight for his life, according to media reports.
According to unofficial information, he was brutally beaten in a nightclub, from where the footage from surveillance cameras was later deleted.
It is also stated that he had several fractures and numerous injuries, which probably occurred after he was beaten with blunt objects, fists, and legs.
However, the director of the Skopje hospital, Maja Mojsova, denied such inscriptions and announced that Tot was brought to the hospital for resuscitation, anesthesia, and intensive care in a critical condition due to heart.
Police did not comment on Tot’s situation.
The handball player arrived in Butel from Ohrid.
He spent part of his career in the Spanish giants Ademar Leon, and he also played for the Austrian Brik and Poreč, and Bjelovar.
