The race for European club glory is reaching its climax. Over the next two weeks, four continental titles will be awarded as the Euro Cup finals take centre stage in Barcelona and Split before the season concludes with the historic joint Champions League Final 4 in Malta.
For the first time in history, the Men’s and Women’s Champions League Final 4 tournaments will be staged together, bringing Europe’s top eight clubs to the Tal-Qroqq Sports Complex from 10–13 June.
The event will showcase the very best of European club water polo and mark a significant milestone for the sport, with the Women’s Champions League champions being crowned one day before the Men’s Champions League final.

Champions League ambassadors confirmed
European Aquatics has also announced two distinguished ambassadors for the historic Final 4 event.
Spanish water polo legend Maica Garcia Godoy will represent the Women’s competition, while former Greek international Christos Afroudakis will serve as ambassador for the Men’s tournament. Both will take part in promotional activities throughout the event and engage with athletes, fans and media.
Euro Cup titles to be settled before Malta
Before attention turns fully to Malta, the European club season will first conclude in the Euro Cup competitions.
In the Women’s Euro Cup Final, an all-Spanish showdown awaits in Barcelona on Tuesday evening as CN Catalunya carry a five-goal advantage into the second leg against CN Atlètic-Barceloneta following an impressive first-leg performance.
In the Men’s Euro Cup Final, the title will be decided on Saturday in Split, where Jadran Split host Marseille after a thrilling first leg in France. Marseille hold a slender advantage, but Jadran’s late comeback has ensured everything remains to play for in the decisive return match.
The Final chapter of the Club season
After months of intense competition, only the biggest prizes remain. With four European titles still up for grabs, the coming days promise high drama, fierce competition and unforgettable moments as Europe’s elite clubs battle for continental supremacy.
