Bormla Subbuteo Club reached the final of the Messina Grand Prix in a close final loosing to Barcelona 1-2. To reach the final, Bormla won their respective group and were seeded as no 3 in the World teams ranking as the only foreign team from other 13 Italian participant teams.
Bormla managed a 3-0 win vs Cosenza B and a 3-1 win vs Catania as well as a 1-2 loss to Messina saw them winning the group and directly to the semi final were they met Reggio Calabria and won 3-0 win and a passage to the final, a prestigious Silver medal and another milestone podium.
The team was made up from Jason Pisani, George Ebejer, John Zammit, Josef Camilleri and Thomas Ebejer .
On Saturday in the individual Thomas Ebejer was in a class of his own Winning the under 20 whilst Jason Pisani dominated the Veteran category in a 3-2 Final win vs Torano in extra time with John Zammit reaching the semi final. In the Open Category George Ebejer reached a colossal semi final in the Open loosing only to the eventual winner Sciacca.

Cospicua Dynamos Bormla subbuteo club will compete in Athens Greece Major end of June and in Ludwisburg Germany Grand Prix in mid July.
