Jean Pierre Coleiro (Class A), Philip Camilleri (Class B), and Abiel Cassar (Class C) emerged victorious in their respective categories in this year’s edition of the Cup Winners’ Cup Trap Event.
Following the qualifying rounds, the top two shooters from each class advanced to the final stage, where they faced a challenging 25-target round, limited to single shots.
In a closely contested final, Jean Pierre Coleiro and Philip Camilleri each struck 19 out of 25 targets, while Abiel Cassar secured his class victory with an impressive 20/25 score.
The next event on the shooting calendar is the Podium Cup, scheduled to take place on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November 2025 at the Malta National Shooting Ranges.
