Qormi Daikin got their first win of the season after two consecutive defeats when they literally dominated their match against White Hart to beat them 13-1.
The Yellow/Blacks were dominant throughout the four quarters with the defense of White Hart finding it very difficult to stop the fury of the opponents. Neil Spiteri Montebello, Wyatt Magri and Julian Zahra netted a brace each while Steve Tanti, Daniel Ellul, Kyle Mallia, Juan Sarcia, Luke Bajada and Nathan Pace Gasan also put their names down among the scorers. Carl Tua scored the only goal for White Hart. Umpires: Alessandro Amore and Karl Chircop.

Meanwhile in the Hockey 7s competition started with a bang as GREE Żurrieq Wolves Hotsticks beat Floriana Young Stars 10-2.
Luca Runza was the main protagonist as he scored four goals while David Vella Dingli was the author of a double. Kieran Borg, Sean De Marco, Nathan Giannakellis and Andy Monaghan added more goals for the Wolves. Floriana’s two goals were scored by Joy Gibson and Justin Farrugia. Umpires: Glenn Bonello and Paul Brincat. From the under-16 league, Marsaskala beat Qormi Daikin 6-2.
Alessandro Piscopo continued to show his progress when he scored three goals for the Seasouthsiders with Xylon Cassar scoring two goals. Jerome Carabott added another one for his team. Giorgio Muscat and Sam Cassar reduced the scoring margin for Qormi. Umpires were Edward Hughes and Karl Chircop.
From the under 12 league, Qormi Daikin and Marsaskala Heat A shared the spoils in a 3-3 draw while De La Salle Young Stars dominated the match against Żurrieq Wolves so much that they won 12-0.
