Olympic Day returns at the University of Malta in mid-June

The Maltese Olympic Committee has confirmed that this year’s Olympic Day will take place on Sunday 15th June, from 8:00am to 12:00pm, at the University of Malta.

A number of local sports federations will take part, giving the public a chance to explore different sports, try them out, and meet some of Malta’s top athletes.

Sports already confirmed include badminton, bodybuilding, cycling, football, gymnastics, judo, netball, rugby, taekwondo, triathlon, weightlifting, and wrestling, with more expected to join soon.

A highlight of this year’s event is a Fun Ride around the University Ring Road — open to everyone using bikes, skateboards, roller skates, or any other non-motorised vehicle. (No cars or motorbikes, please!)

Entry is free, and registration can be completed here: https://bit.ly/4kyQvVE

Olympic Day is a worldwide celebration of sport, health, and community spirit. The Maltese Olympic Committee invites families, friends, and sports fans of all ages to come along and enjoy the joy of movement together.
