In the only match from the National Hockey Championship this weekend, Qormi Daikin cruised to a 12-1 victory over White Hart.
Led by coach Andre Ghio, Qormi dominated from the start and secured two more points, keeping them at the top of the table and on track to win the championship.
Singh Sandhu was a standout player, scoring four goals for the Yellow and Blacks. Luke Bajada netted a hat-trick, while Juan Sarcia added two goals. Steve Tanti, Shaun Dimech, and Nathan Pace Gasan also got on the scoresheet.
White Hart’s only goal came from Tamas Kok.
The match was officiated by umpires Dario Cacopardo and Alessandro Amore.
