Ħamrun Bayern won the 4-a-side league as they brushed aside the stiff challenge given by Żejtun Laċċi Gold Lady 9-5.
The Żejtun side had a very positive start as they obtained an initial advantage as at one moment they were leading 4-1 but the Ħamrun team were always motivated and managed to restore parity in no time.
In the second part of the match, Ħamrun Bayern started to win game after game to extend their advantage and eventually clinch the cup.
At the end of the contest, MDA General Secretary Ray Gera presented the cup to Ħamrun Bayern captain Kevin Aquilina.
