Agones Sports Club has announced the launch of its 2026 Youth Development Summer Training Programme, a nine-week initiative aimed at encouraging children and young athletes to stay active while developing key sporting and personal skills throughout the summer.

Open to participants aged between seven and 14 years, the programme will begin on 1 July 2026 and will offer a structured multi-sport experience designed to promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork, discipline and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
The initiative will feature training sessions across four disciplines — swimming, running, cycling and triathlon — with professional coaching tailored to both beginners and more experienced young athletes. The club explained that the programme has been carefully designed to cater for different ages and ability levels while ensuring participants remain engaged and motivated throughout the summer.
In a statement, Agones Sports Club highlighted that the programme focuses on far more than athletic development alone.
“Our Youth Development Programme is about much more than sport. It gives young people the opportunity to build confidence, create new friendships, develop important life skills and challenge themselves within a positive and encouraging environment. We are excited to welcome both new and returning participants for another summer of training and personal growth,” the club said.
The programme will consist of 18 sessions spread across nine weeks and will be led by qualified coaches committed to helping every participant improve their abilities while enjoying the overall experience.
