The National Individual Snooker Championships for the 2024/2025 season continued today at the Malta Snooker Academy, with exciting quarter-final clashes in both the CE Installations Premier Division and the 2nd Division.
CE Installations Premier Division – Quarter Final

Aaron Busuttil 5 – 3 Joseph Casha
In a thrilling encounter, Aaron Busuttil booked his place in the semi-finals with a 5–3 victory over Joseph Casha. The match saw some outstanding snooker from both players, with Busuttil showcasing top form, producing multiple high breaks to dominate key frames.
Busuttil compiled impressive breaks of 125, 57, 56, 52, and 51, displaying clinical cueing and solid control throughout. Casha also put up a strong fight, recording a break of 66, but ultimately fell short against Busuttil’s consistent scoring and tactical play.
2nd Division – Quarter Final

Ian Camilleri 3 – 0 Tony Cassar
In the 2nd Division, Ian Camilleri cruised into the semi-finals with a commanding 3–0 win over Tony Cassar. Camilleri maintained composure and control throughout the match, not allowing Cassar any real foothold in the contest.
