Caiden Casha has been crowned the 2026 National Under-16 Snooker Champion after securing a convincing 3-0 victory over Andrei Cini in the final at the Snooker Academy in Ħamrun.
Casha produced a consistent performance throughout the tournament and delivered an impressive display in the final, showing excellent control and determination to claim the national title without dropping a single frame.
Credit also goes to Cini, who reached his first national final and produced a series of highly positive performances throughout the competition.
Attention now turns to the National Under-18 Championship final, which will be played this evening at 6pm at the Snooker Academy in Ħamrun. Xavier Rizzo and Jake Castaldi will battle for the title in what promises to be another exciting final.
