Trust Payments Floriana Young Stars, the 2024 champions, will compete in the Euro Hockey Challenge 2, taking place in the Lithuanian city of Siauliai. They are placed in Pool B, where they will face HC Luxembourg, Roslagens IF of Sweden, and Norway’s Futuset Landhockey Club. Their campaign begins on Friday at 10:15 a.m. with a match against Roslagens IF.
Meanwhile, Qormi Daikin will take part in the Euro Hockey Challenge 3 in Oslo, Norway. They are set to face Lithuania’s Vilnius Zuvedra and Finland’s Hockey Team 85. Their first fixture is also on Friday, when they go up against Hockey Team 85 at 1:00 p.m.
After the group stage, both Maltese teams will compete for the highest possible final rankings, with the aim of securing top positions in their respective tournaments.
