In accordance with the relevant decisions of the UEFA Executive Committee, teams from the following associations may not play against each other:

Armenia – Azerbaijan
Kosovo – Bosnia and Herzegovina
Kosovo – Serbia
Ukraine – Belarus

Should a team be drawn into a group where a prohibited pairing would arise, that team will be allocated to the first suitable available group in accordance with the draw sequence. As the preliminary round winners are not known at the time of the draw, such prohibited pairings may arise in main round Path B once the preliminary round has been completed. In this case, the preliminary round winner concerned will be exchanged with the team occupying the same position in the next suitable main round Path B group. If the clash occurs in the last group, the team will be exchanged with the team in the same position in the first suitable group
