Tottenham Hotspur Announces Partnership with Formula 1 to Build In-Stadium Karting Track

Premier League Giants Make a Move into Formula 1 by Building World’s First In-Stadium Electric Karting Facility

Tottenham Hotspur is taking their stadium to the next level! The Premier League giants have announced that they will be building the world’s first-ever in-stadium electric karting facility in partnership with Formula 1.

Since its completion in 2019, the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has become one of the most modern outdoor facilities in the world, hosting boxing, NFL, and rugby matches over the past four years. But now, the stadium is getting even more exciting with this new venture into the world of Formula 1.

The electric karting track will be built under the South Stand, making it the longest indoor track in London, and will offer visitors a chance to experience the thrill of karting in an innovative and accessible environment. The move is part of a “15-year strategic partnership” with F1, aimed at identifying future motorsport stars and promoting diversity, inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

“We have been able to bring the biggest names in sport and entertainment to London N17,” said Tottenham Hotspur Chairman Daniel Levy. “But our ambition has always been to push the boundaries and deliver world-class experiences that will attract people from around the world all year round. We are extremely excited about what this long-term partnership with F1 will bring for our global, national, and local communities.”

Formula 1’s president and CEO, Stefano Domenicali, also expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying that the karting experience will be a “destination and place that families, friends, and aspiring drivers from all over the world will want to visit and enjoy.”

So mark your calendars for the fall, folks, because Tottenham Hotspur’s new electric karting facility is about to take London by storm!
