Background:
The YoHealth Malta Premier title will be decided through a Final Four format after Valletta FC defeated Ħamrun Spartans 2–1 and Marsaxlokk FC beat Naxxar Lions 3–2.
Following these results, Marsaxlokk moved up to second place on 31 points, while Ħamrun dropped to third, three points behind.
The semi-finals will be played next Saturday at the National Stadium.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday at 19:00, a decider for fifth place in the Bottom 6 will be played between Żabbar St. Patrick FC and Tarxien Rainbows. A defeat for Tarxien would mean automatic relegation, while a win would force a relegation play-off between the same two teams.
On Sunday, a Northern derby between Mosta FC and Naxxar Lions will determine which side is relegated. This match will also take place at the National Stadium, kicking off at 11:00.
