The Manchester United CEO sat down with the fans in the pub for a beer!

An almost unusual scene happened in England when the Executive Director of Manchester United, Richard Arnold, sat down with the fans for a beer in a pub.

Arnold learned that the fans of the famous club protested against the bad results, and he learned that they had gathered in a local pub near his house.

He decided to go and sit down with them for a beer.

In the part of the conversation that could be heard, he said that in the past, United “burned” a billion pounds on reinforcements, which did not turn out very well.

He also said that “there is money” that new coach Erik ten Hag and football director John Murtough plan to spend on bringing in new players.

United won the last Champions Trophy in 2013, and the last trophy in 2017, when they won the Europa League.
