Ajax coach Erik Ten Hag believes that he is mature enough for new challenges, but that he will not consider it a personal failure if he does not try in the strongest clubs of the “league of five”.

“I think I’m ready for it. I would be happy to find a new challenge, but I’m not chasing it. “If it turns out that I don’t try in one of the stronger leagues, I won’t think that my coaching career has failed,” said Ten Hag.
