Juventus F.C. moved into the top four of the Serie A standings after securing a 1-0 victory away to Udinese Calcio.
The result marked Juventus’ fourth consecutive away league win against Udinese without conceding a goal and continued their positive record in recent meetings between the two clubs.
Juventus controlled possession during the opening stages but initially struggled to create clear chances against a defence that has conceded only five first half goals at home in the league this season.
The first notable opportunity came when Jérémie Boga attempted a shot from a narrow angle, which was saved by Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye.
Juventus eventually took the lead in the 38th minute. Lloyd Kelly released Kenan Yıldız on the left side, and the Turkish international delivered a pass across goal for Boga to score from close range. The goal was his third in as many matches.
After taking the lead, Juventus continued to create opportunities before the interval. Okoye produced further saves to deny Boga and later stopped a half volley from Andrea Cambiaso following a corner.

Udinese created a significant chance early in the second half. Keinan Davis provided a pass across the penalty area for Jurgen Ekkelenkamp, but the midfielder directed his attempt wide.
Juventus continued to push forward in search of a second goal. Okoye saved an effort from Manuel Locatelli, while Teun Koopmeiners headed over the crossbar.
A potential second goal was disallowed with around 20 minutes remaining when Francisco Conceição scored, but the effort was ruled out for offside after Koopmeiners was judged to be interfering with play.
Late in the match Okoye again made an important save to stop Fabio Miretti after a Juventus attacking move, ensuring the match remained close until the final minutes.
Juventus held their advantage to record their ninth victory in the last ten meetings between the sides. The result moves them above Como 1907 and A.S. Roma in the standings ahead of those clubs’ match on Sunday.
Udinese remain in mid table after suffering a tenth defeat in 16 matches against teams currently in the top half of the Serie A table.
