Federico Gatti struck in the 92nd minute as Juventus came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against Milan at the Allianz Stadium.
Both sides had chances in an evenly contested Serie A encounter, but it was Milan who looked set to leave Turin with all three points after substitute Cissé broke the deadlock in the second half.
Juventus started brightly and looked to involve Francisco Conceição regularly, while their best opportunity of the opening period fell to Manuel Locatelli in the 25th minute. The midfielder was unable to make the most of a promising position.
Milan struggled to create clear openings, with Adrien Rabiot sending their only shot of the first half wide. Juventus also came close through Nico González, but there was nothing to separate the teams at half-time.
The pattern continued after the break, although Juventus came agonisingly close to opening the scoring when Conceição’s powerful effort from the edge of the box struck the post following a mistake by Yunus Musah. The game then changed in the 68th minute.

Milan substitute Samuel Chukwueze won possession and launched a quick counter-attack before switching play towards fellow substitute Amine Cissé. The youngster controlled the ball superbly, cut inside onto his right foot and found the far corner beyond the reach of Guglielmo Vicario.
Juventus pushed forward in search of a response, with Nick Woltemade coming close to levelling the score in the 84th minute.
With time running out, Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti turned to an unlikely attacking option, sending Gatti forward almost as an additional striker.
The decision paid off.
In the 92nd minute, Teun Koopmeiners delivered a cross into the area and Gatti rose highest to head the ball beyond the Milan defence and rescue a point for the home side.
The late equaliser means Juventus and Milan move onto seven points, level with Como and two points behind early leaders Inter and Roma.
