Inter are nearing an agreement with Lazio for the transfer of Davide Frattesi, with the midfielder increasingly expected to leave the Nerazzurri. His departure could also have an important impact on Inter’s plans for the remainder of the transfer window. With a place opening up in Cristian Chivu’s midfield, the club could intensify its pursuit of Liverpool’s Curtis Jones, who remains one of Inter’s principal targets.
Inter have maintained contact with Liverpool regarding the England international, and the Nerazzurri are reportedly prepared to increase their offer towards the €40 million valuation requested by the Premier League club. The potential sale of Frattesi would provide Inter with greater room to pursue the deal.
Inter are also working on the possible departure of Luis Henrique, who is attracting interest from Roma. The Brazilian winger’s exit would provide the club with additional financial and squad flexibility as the transfer window enters its final stages.
The expected departures of Frattesi and Luis Henrique could therefore play a key role in reshaping Inter’s squad. Frattesi’s move to Lazio would potentially open the door for Jones to arrive at San Siro, while the situation surrounding Luis Henrique could further support the club’s plans for the remainder of the market.
