Ronaldo shocked with the training and style imposed by Erik ten Hag

According to many, the best player in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo, has been “warming the bench” at United since the arrival of Erik ten Hag as coach of the team from Old Trafford.

After two initial defeats at the beginning of the new season in the Premier League, Erik ten Hag moved Cristiano Ronaldo to the bench. Since then, he was a starter in only 3 games, but each of them was in the Europa League. He scored the 1st goal, in a 0:2 victory against Sherif from Tiraspol.

In the Manchester derby, where his United experienced a real debacle, they were defeated by a score of 6:3, Ronaldo did not enter the game. After the game, Erik ten Hag pointed out that out of respect for Ronaldo and his career, he did not want to insert him into the game when the score was 4:0 after the first 45 minutes of the game.

The British The Times states that Ronaldo is amazed by Erik’s training and stubborn tactics, as well as that he believes that the style imposed by the Dutchman does not suit them at all and that they would play much better if he decides to make a change.

Ronaldo was on the exit door of United this summer, however, he remained at Old Trafford due to, as stated, failed negotiations with many clubs regarding his potential salary at the new club.

In the current season of the Premier League, he played only 212 minutes in the first 7 rounds and has not yet scored a single goal.
