Mitrovic: This hurts a lot, it's a shame that we didn't get at least a point

Fulham striker and Serbian national team player Aleksandar Mitrovic is disappointed after the defeat against Arsenal (2:1) that they did not win at least a point.

Fulham looked great on the field, even leading with a goal from the Serbian representative, but Arsenal turned the tables with goals from Odegaard and Gabriel.

“This hurts a lot. That’s football, sometimes you win, like last Sunday we celebrated at the last minute, and now we lost. We did our best, we fought until the end, but we conceded two unlucky goals. In the first case, the ball changed direction, in the second, a deduction. It’s very sad that we didn’t take a point, but we’ll move on,” Mitrovic said.

He has no doubt that Fulham will be ready to “make life miserable for everyone.”

“We are here, we will try to challenge everyone, to work hard and fight with whoever we play. We have to learn from mistakes, in some situations we had to be more efficient. Arsenal is playing great this season, this is a tough away game. There are still many points in the game”.
