Sinisa Mihajlovic, the head of the professional staff of the Italian Bologna, could lose his job after this weekend, according to the media in the Apennines.
According to the Italian media, the Serbian expert is on “thin ice” and could allegedly be replaced if the team does not beat Spezia on Sunday.
Bologna recorded two triumphs and a draw in the first four rounds of Serie A. The assessment of the club leader is that the start of the season is bad, even though the current champions Milan and Lazio were among the rivals.
The newspaper “Corriere Bologna” writes in today’s issue that the fate of Mihajlovic is uncertain. However, this is not the first time that the Serbian strategist is facing possible dismissal. So far, he has always managed to find a way to lift the team.
It can also be read that former Italian national team member Thiago Motta is mentioned as his eventual replacement.
The match between Spezia and Bologna will be played on Sunday at 3 p.m.
