Dragusin didn't even play for Tottenham, manager wants him in Real Madrid

Radu Dragusin hasn’t even donned the Tottenham Hotspur gear yet, and his manager is already forecasting him at none other than Real Madrid in three or four years!

The official announcement of the deal between Genoa and Tottenham is just a matter of time, with Dragusin set to become the most expensive Romanian footballer in history, fetching €30 million (€25 million + €5 million in bonuses) for the Italians.

The young defender chose to accept Tottenham’s offer over Bayern Munich due to the promises made by the team’s manager, Ange Postecoglou, winning the hearts of fans before even stepping on the field. However, the words of his manager could potentially upset those at White Hart Lane.

Florin Manea, in a conversation with “Digisport,” emphasized seeing his client in the “royal club.” This statement might raise eyebrows given the already agreed-upon five-year collaboration with Tottenham (until 2029).

“I recently looked at a photo from when we started our collaboration when he was a player at Juventus. I saw what a skinny guy he was… We’re just at the beginning of our journey. We want to take him to the best clubs in the world. We were close to Bayern, which is one of the biggest clubs globally, but his dream is to play for Real Madrid or Barcelona. In three or four years, I see Dragusin at Real,” he said.
