Mosta FC have strengthened their backroom team ahead of the 2026-27 season by appointing experienced Maltese coach Saviour Debono Grech to their technical staff.
Debono Grech brings with him a wealth of coaching experience across Maltese football, having previously managed clubs including Melita, Marsa, Żurrieq Football Club and Żebbuġ Rangers, while also working extensively in youth development. His most recent managerial spell came at Żebbuġ Rangers before the two parties mutually agreed to part ways last December.
His arrival adds further experience to the coaching set-up as Mosta continue preparations for the new Malta Premier campaign. The club will be hoping the addition of Debono Grech’s tactical knowledge and familiarity with the local game will strengthen head coach Joseph Grech’s staff as they look to build on last season and challenge further up the table.
Debono Grech has built a reputation over several years for developing young players and working across different levels of Maltese football. His latest appointment sees him return to the Premier League environment as Mosta continue shaping their technical structure ahead of the new season.
