Mosta FC have announced the signing of Geoffrey Acheampong, with the winger returning to the club after three and a half seasons away.
Acheampong first joined Mosta ahead of the 2021/22 season following a stint in Finland, and quickly became a familiar face at the club. He remained with Mosta until January 2023, when he made the move to Sliema Wanderers. After his time at the Wanderers, the Ghanaian winger went on to represent Birkirkara last season.
Now, Mosta have moved to bring Acheampong back to the club, reuniting him with a side he knows well. His experience across several Maltese Premier League clubs will be a welcome addition to the squad, and supporters will no doubt be pleased to see a familiar face return helping young players in the squad.
