Mosta are continuing their investment in young Maltese talent, with Peter Ohaka understood to be set to join the club’s senior squad.
The 19-year-old defender has been developing through Valletta’s youth system and has already gained first-team experience, making senior appearances for the Citizens at a young age. He was also part of Malta’s Under-19 national team, earning three caps.
Ohaka was among the youngest players to feature in the Malta Premier League and has also represented Valletta in the UEFA Youth League, gaining valuable experience against international opposition.
The youngster spent the 2025/26 season with Valletta U19, while also featuring for Mosta during their Premier League campaign, highlighting the club’s interest in his development.
Mosta’s decision to bring Ohaka into the senior setup underlines their continued focus on developing young Maltese players and providing them with a pathway into first-team football.
The move would allow Ohaka to establish himself at senior level and continue his progression in the Malta Premier League.
