Għaxaq Wolves are now only one point away from being crowned MAFA First Division champions after an easy 3-0 win over San Ġwann Pro Evolution Academy. This result marked their 11th victory of the season, putting them in full control of the title race.
Josef Felice opened the scoring within five minutes, and Diego Fernando Pereira doubled the lead midway through the first half. In the second half, Julian Capacho added a third goal to seal a comfortable win. The Wolves now only need a draw to secure the title — or could even win it early if Marsa St Michael fail to beat Balluta Barracudas.
