Melita were confirmed champions of the BOV Challenge League when they beat Marsa FC by a solitary goal scored on 27 minutes by Matthew Debattista. Zabbar St Patrick easily beat Zurrieq by four goals to one whilst in the other Championship Pool encounter, Pieta’ Hotspurs beat Senglea Athletic by four goals to two.
