Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, who missed the first match at the World Cup in Qatar due to injury, trained with the team today.
At today’s training, which is open to the public, Lukaku took part in exercises with the ball with the rest of the team, writes AFP.
Belgium coach Roberto Martinez said on Thursday that it is necessary to see how Lukaku will react in training and added that, if he is ready, he will be in the team, starting or on the bench.
– The decision will be made the day before the match… It is first of all a purely medical decision – said the coach of the Belgian football players.
The Belgian national team won the first round of Group F against Canada with 1:0, while in the next round, on Sunday at 14:00, they will play against the Moroccan national team.
