LOPETEGUI ON THE CONFLICT WITH KLOPP: That's football, it was nothing

Wolverhampton was defeated by Liverpool in the third round of the FA Cup with a score of 1:0, and at the end of the match, coach Julen Lopetegui commented on the argument with Reds coach Jurgen Klopp.

At one point, the managers of the two teams had a serious argument near the touchline, however, the Spanish expert eased the tension after the match.

“It’s football, it was nothing”.

Manager of Wolfs believes that his team lost undeservedly.

“I think we started well, we had two or three clean situations, not chances, but clean situations. And then we conceded a goal out of nowhere. It is not easy to play against Liverpool, but in my opinion we deserved more, especially in the second half”, said Julen Lopetegui.

The Wolves now turn to the Premier League, where they got out of the relegation zone after a long time with their victory over West Ham at the weekend.
