Real Madrid have denied any intention of signing Enzo Fernández from Chelsea this summer.
Reports had suggested the Argentina midfielder was keen on a move to the Spanish club following Chelsea’s failure to qualify for Europe last season, with speculation linking him to a transfer despite his £107m move in 2023.

However, Madrid released a statement insisting they have made no contact—direct or indirect—to sign Fernández and are not planning any move for him.
Chelsea also confirmed they have not received any approach for the 25-year-old, who is valued at around £120m. The club are not actively seeking to sell him and would be willing to keep him as a key part of their squad under new coach Xabi Alonso.
Fernández has been previously linked with uncertainty over his future, including comments earlier this year suggesting uncertainty about staying at Stamford Bridge and a preference for living in Madrid, which led to a short suspension.
