According to reports from Portugal, Real Madrid are considering Mourinho as a potential successor to Álvaro Arbeloa at the Santiago Bernabéu, with the Spanish giants closely monitoring developments following the end of Benfica’s domestic campaign.
A crucial clause in Mourinho’s current Benfica agreement reportedly allows him to leave the club for a €3 million fee within 10 days of Benfica’s final match of the season.
