After being sacked by Bayern Munich just a few weeks ago, German coach Julian Nagelsmann is reportedly in talks to take the helm at Tottenham Hotspur.
The London club has been without a permanent manager since the dismissal of Antonio Conte and interim coach Ryan Mason is set to step down at the end of the season.
Negotiations between Spurs and Nagelsmann are said to be progressing well, though compensation to Bayern for the still-contracted manager remains an issue.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is hopeful a deal can be struck and Nagelsmann will lead the team into the new season.
