A French appeals court has confirmed that Moroccan footballer Achraf Hakimi will stand trial over allegations of rape.
The case relates to a complaint made in February 2023 by a 24-year-old woman in the Val-de-Marne area near Paris, who told police that Hakimi had raped her.
Hakimi, who plays for PSG and captains the Morocco national team, has repeatedly denied the allegations.
The decision means the case will now move forward to trial in France.
