The International Football Academy (IFA) Malta recently embarked on an exhilarating football tour across the UK, where two of its teams faced off against top-tier academy sides, creating unforgettable memories along the way.
The talented young players from Malta went head-to-head with formidable opponents, including Sale United FC, Audley Football Club, and the prestigious academies of Liverpool FC and Stoke City Advanced Academy.
As part of this incredible experience, they also had the chance to train with expert coaches from Stoke City Football Club.
The tour wasn’t just about matches; the players were treated to a thrilling FA Cup encounter between Manchester United and Leicester City, as well as an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Stoke City’s iconic stadium.
The IFA players also had the exciting chance to collect autographs from several of Stoke City’s senior players, who were en route to Bristol for their highly anticipated Championship clash against Bristol City on Wednesday night.
An experience of a lifetime for these rising stars.
