Spanish Pep Guardiola, the coach of Manchester City, responded to numerous criticisms due to the relegation of his team in the semifinals of the Champions League from Real Madrid.

“When I played against them, while I was destroying them with Barcelona in the Champions League final, I did not see such a character. They have the same character today. We have character as a team. “Character is what we have been doing for the last five years and played every three days in all competitions. Maybe Liverpool will win four trophies, maybe only one, but I will not say that they do not have character,” Pep pointed out.
