Milan striker Olivier Giroud marked the sixth round of the Champions League group stage.
He was recognized as the best player of the round by scoring two goals and two assists in his team’s victory against Salzburg (4:0).
Giroud left behind Real Madrid’s Victor Velverde, Shakhtar Donetsk’s first-team player Nkunku, as well as Barcelona’s Ferran Torres, who were also nominated for this award.
And the prize for the best goal of the 6th round of the Champions League went to a French footballer, Kylian Mbappe, who scored the first goal in a 2:1 victory over Juventus.
