DAVIES RECOVERED HEART PROBLEMS: Bayern's lightning defender on the field soon!

Bayern Munich player Alphonso Davies no longer has heart problems and hopes to return to the field next month, after fully recovering from the crown virus, the Bavarian club reported.

The football player from Canada has been off the field since December. In January, he was positive for the coronavirus, and he was diagnosed with myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle).

– I am happy to be back and to be able to train again. Rehabilitation is going well for now. I have no problems with muscles or heart, but I am not 100 percent ready yet – said the 21-year-old football player.

Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann hopes that Davies will be available for the rematch of the quarterfinals of the Champions League, which Bayern will play at home on April 12 against Villarreal.

– I’m doing everything I can. I work closely with the medical and rehabilitation team. I train very hard, with and without the ball – Davies added.

After 27 games played, Bayern is in first place in the Bundesliga with 63 points, and they have six more than the second-placed Borussia Dortmund.
