Cristiano Ronaldo has signed a new contract with Saudi club Al Nassr that will keep him there until 2027.
His current deal was due to end on 30th June, and there had been rumours he might leave. But those rumours have now been put to rest.
There was some speculation about whether he’d extend for one or two years, and the club has confirmed it’s a two-year extension.
Ronaldo is now 40 years old, and it looks likely he will finish his career at Al Nassr. However, he’s showing no signs of slowing down and isn’t planning to retire just yet.
Instead, he’s focused on helping Portugal win the World Cup next summer, a trophy he’s yet to lift.
