Barcelona's latest trick: Signing players without registering them for the championship

Barcelona has once again left football fans stunned with the management’s unconventional approach to transfers. According to Spanish media outlets, “El Mundo” and “Releva”, the club is planning to bring in Roberto Firmino, Ilkay Gundogan, Inigo Martinez, N’Golo Kante, and Pierre Aubameyang, with a special clause in their contracts.

This clause will allow Barcelona the option to not register these players for the next season.

This approach is being taken due to the current difficulties faced by the club in registering players, such as Gavi, Ronald Araujo, and Marcos Alonso. The club has faced issues regarding financial limits and has been accused of violating financial fair play regulations.

Previously, there were speculations that Frankie De Jong might leave the club as a free agent due to registration problems. However, the new approach is aimed at preventing such incidents and ensuring that the players are brought in while maintaining financial stability.

The management’s unconventional approach has raised eyebrows, but it is clear that Barcelona is looking for innovative ways to address the financial issues the club faces. With the transfer season approaching, it remains to be seen if this new approach will pay off or if the club will have to look for new ways to tackle its financial troubles.
