Arsenal football player, Cédric Soares, could change the club, but not the city, in the next transfer window.
Namely, according to the British media, Fulham is interested in him and wants to bring him on loan.
As it is added, the contract would not have a mandatory buyout clause, and Soares would earn 100,000 pounds a week in Fulham.
He is on the second plan of coach Mikael Arteta since he played only two matches for the Gunners in the Premier League this season.
He previously played for Inter, Southampton, Akademika and Sporting. He played 33 games for the national team and scored one goal.
