Floriana Young Stars start league commitments with win

Floriana Young Stars got their first win in the national hockey league after beating White Hart 6-2. The Greens dominated for long stretches of the game with White Hart being better in the third quarter although in the end they failed to get any points from this encounter. Justin Farrugia was the hero for Floriana Young Stars as he scored a hat-trick with Karl Chircop notching a brace. Mark Camilleri added another goal for his team. White Hart had David Agius and Simon Kemp on target. In the under-16 league, Qormi Daikin dominated the match against Floriana Young Stars so much that they won 6-1. In the under-12 league, Marsaskala B beat Marsaskala A 3-2.
