Għaxaq continued their impressive form in the National First Division Boċċi Championship by strengthening their grip at the top of the table with a commanding 21-4 victory over Birkirkara in the 15th round of the season.
The league leaders produced another dominant display, combining consistency with high-quality play to secure a convincing win and maintain their momentum as the championship heads into its decisive phase. The result further enhanced Għaxaq’s hopes of finishing top of the standings and lifting the league title.

Elsewhere, second-placed Msida cruised to a 21-3 victory over Buġibba, while St Peter’s Żabbar remained in contention after defeating Żejtun 21-4.
The closest match of the round saw Żurrieq overcome Żebbuġ 21-18 following a tightly contested encounter. Lija also enjoyed a comfortable 21-8 success against Santa Venera, while San Ġwann claimed a valuable 21-17 away victory over Qormi San Bastjan.
