The semi-finals of the Easter Cup were played this week as six teams made it to the finals in their respective categories. In the National Easter Cup, Valletta Breakwater and Hamrun 147 A will contest the most important final. The Citizens were consistent over two legs as they beat Cospicua Rangers 21-15 while the Ħamrun side eliminated San Ġwann Nick’s A with an overall score of 21-16. In the Regional Easter Cup, PL Balzan A and Ħamrun 147 D made it to the final after beating Domus Kids Żejtun A (21-13) and Ħamrun 147 C (21-16). Finally in the last four phase of the Community Easter Cup, Juve Birkirkara A won a hard-fought semi-final against Juve Birkirkara B 21-16 while Tac-Caccu Qormi became the second finalists after defeating San Ġwann Tiki Taka A 21-13 .
Meanwhile during this week the three finals of the respective category will take place at the Juventus Club Vero Amore in Birkirkara.
